Reference Resources

Reference books are meant to provide quick access to facts. For AE purposes, reference books are going to provide information such as a recent year's estimated costs for materials.

The reference section of the library has several resources available for AE, CM, and CVE. These resources are located on the second floor. These resources are for in-house use only and may not be checked out.  

ASHRAE Handbooks


The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Handbooks are essential resources in Architectural Engineering design work, particularly in the area of heating, ventilating, and cooling.

RSMeans is the leading supplier of cost information for developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and others. These resources can be used to make projections about costs for building and renovation projects.
