How do I access library resources off-campus?
Library databases are remotely available to MSOE students and employees through the library's proxy server, EZproxy. EZproxy is set to work with MSOE's Single Sign-On (SSO) system. When you click on a protected link using a non-MSOE Internet Service Provider, you will be prompted to log into the proxy server via MSOE's SSO. I am connected to the VPN and I cannot access library resources. Why?
The library's proxy server will not work while using the GlobalProtect VPN. Be sure to disconnect from the VPN before accessing library resources.

I am recieving an error message when trying to access databases off-campus. How can I fix this?
Clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies can help fix these issues. Instructions for completing this are available under Web Browsers on the Off-Campus Access Guide.

How do I find an electronic book?
View our e-Book Databases List or limit your search to Coll: EBOOK in the Library's Catalog.

How do I find articles?
Use the Library Research Site, the A-Z Database List, or the Subject Guides to find resources for locating articles and databases.
