On Friday, September 8th, the rest of our furniture arrived. It required temporarily displacing a few students who were already enjoying working in the West Commons. Some students would not be deterred though - they were sitting on the furniture as fast as it was constructed, not even waiting for the accompanying tables.
We can't really blame them for being excited for the new seating/studying configurations - we're pretty jazzed about how it turned out ourselves!
Ever since we added these booths and banquettes, it is hard to find a time when they aren't being used. Since that's the point, we think that's great and we're happy to help MSOE students find their new favorite study spots.
