If you're an instructor looking to set up a library searching session or specialized class please let me know. I'd be happy to work with you!
What is a libguide? You're reading one! A libguide is library made landing page that focuses on a specific topic. We have libguides that are ready to be shared with students and faculty but if you're looking for a personalized guide we can help you out. Simply schedule an appointment with us to discuss what kind of guide you're looking for and we'll go from there.
Want your students to be library experts? We can help create handouts that can combine physical and digital library search strategies, help them learn digital literacy, and how to navigate the information highway.
Handouts can also be created for class specific topics that require research or searching skills. If assignment covers a library based skill - we can help!
Tutorials on various topics can also be requested via the library. Whether these tutorials are in-person or a video recording is up to you, but please note that videos do take time to create & edit so please get those requests in sooner rather than later!
Tutorials, much like handouts, can be tailored for general library topics to class specific ones. Please chat with a librarian for more details and specifics.
If you have suggestions for how to make this page better, please contact Elizabeth Jerow, Library Director (jerow@msoe.edu).
